Romantic Destiny, Deep Winter and Recent Times look the principals in this maiden, with Romantic Destiny having the most solid form credentials. Deep Winter showed immense promise on her only outing to date, finishing a close fourth at Pontefract over the same trip as she encounters here. She should come on for the experience, but this faster surface may not suit and others may be quicker. Recent Times is a half sister to three winners and shaped with promise as a two-year-old, running three times, with her best effort coming on an easy surface on her second start. She is speedy, but is another who would prefer more cut in the ground. Romantic Destiny ran a blinder in the Lowther Stakes at York, beaten less than three lengths, though she was outclassed in Listed events subsequently. She is racing at her optimum trip and Romantic Destiny can prove too classy for her rivals.
