Verdict

Dawn Dancer had been in good form until disappointing off today’s mark at Sandown while Bit Of A Quirke’s form has tailed off since landing a four-timer during the summer. Bollin Joan has shown good progress in lower grade handicaps this year and soft ground may have been against her last time while Winged Spur posted a better effort at Chester last week. Accessor is unexposed though needs to improve and it could pay to stick with last month’s Musselburgh winner ROSE TINTED SPIRIT given he also has scope for further progress despite a 5lb rise.
