        Verdict

        Mick Easterby's team seems in reasonable form and Slingsby has certainly been knocking on the door. Advance could be interesting making his handicap debut and Breakable finished ahead of Bold Captain at Doncaster 10 days ago and should confirm that running, despite the revised weights. But CORNBOROUGH, who ran in the other division of the same apprentice handicap which was run in a slightly quicker time, is less exposed. He can come out on top ahead of recent course and distance third Strike A Light and Beautiful Stranger.
