Mark Johnston's runners are hitting form and the Middleham handler can add to the tally with Cabeza De Vaca ahead of Jumhoor and Mesmerizing with Analogy an interesting newcomer. The selection put up a string of useful efforts in juvenile maidens last year and starts the campaign on a handicap mark of 85. The son of Lahib should prove capable of landing this before making his mark in decent handicap company. Jumhoor represents an in-form yard and this well bred son of Bahhare looks capable of further progress this year after showing ability in srpint maidens. Mesmerizing has shown little to date but has a fitness edge and it would be unwise to dismiss his claims entirely. Sir Mark Prescott introduces Analogy who makes some appeal on breeding, being by Bahhare out of a Shareef Dancer mare and should be noted in the exchanges.
