This looks to be a wide open handicap but we will take a chance on Mick Channon's SCREAMING BRAVE; Nut Hand and Rocky Heights also make the short list of possible winners. The selection is chasing a hat-trick after two successive wins at Yarmouth and Lingfield. He is tough and genuine and pairs up again with Ted Durcan which should prove a significant booking. Nut Hand was well backed when taking a big step up in trip last time and the gelding showed he has the ability to do well at this level. He's a horse with plenty of size and should continue to improve. Rocky Heights made her handicap debut last time after three unplaced maiden runs. A truer gallop at this trip would suit and a place among the minors shouldn't be too much to ask here. Sergeant Pink and Pattern Mark both looked much improved when last seen and have the ability to put pressure on the front runners but although this should be a close affair we are going to stick with Screaming Brave.
