Verdict

All Points West has been absent since well beaten over 7f last October and has only run on Polytrack. But his stable remain in top form and, after being gelded and having wind surgery, he's certain to attract support over this much longer trip. Air Force Amy has looked in need of this sort of trip in her last two starts and, though only moderate, has shown signs that she might win a race. Modern Voyage won a minor race in France last November on heavy going but hasn't shown any form for new connections and has a huge weight to carry. DANCE KING has won eight races in a long career and has been running in better company. He looks the best option in a poor handicap as Hermocrates has never faced these conditions.
