PICENO has shown enough in two starts to think that he can win an average maiden and he's preferred to Major Muscari with Flash City a newcomer to note. Luca Cumani has a surprisingly modest record at this track and Piceno's future may well lie in nurseries but he stepped up on his debut form to finish in midfield at Windsor over six furlongs and that form looks strong enough to believe that he can take a hand in the finish in this company. Major Muscari is well regarded by his yard and only succumbed late on at Wolverhampton over six furlongs suggesting that this stiff track will suit him well but he does have to overcome a high draw. So Is She needs a market check whilst Flash City and New Planet are newcomers that also need a cursory check but Piceno is fancied to put his experience to good use.
