Verdict

A disappointing turnout for the money and it looks to be between the trio with winning experience. We suggest Aaim To Storm to get the better of Burnwynd Boy and Grand Fleet, though the race has a trappy look to it. Aaim To Storm quickly got the hang of things after a pleasing debut and went on to take a Musselburgh sprint last time. He steps up to 6f here but judging by that win he will be even better suited by this trip, and as the most experienced runner here he gets the vote to follow up. Burnwynd Boy should enjoy it here. He won over 6f at Newcastle on more testing ground than he'll get today and with this stiff track calling for more stamina he can go close. The pair that make their debuts here are probably best watched, while Grand Fleet may be the biggest danger to the selection after winning at Nottingham with a bit in hand, but Aaim To Storm should enjoy this extra furlong now and is our idea of the winner.
