    Verdict

    Nottingham winner Daddies Diva has shown gradual improvement but probably lacks the scope of some of the others. SHOW ME SHOW ME started favourite for the Lily Agnes at Chester after winning the Brocklesby at Doncaster but was drawn wide and never able to land a blow. It was a still a decent run and he may be capable of giving Richard Fahey and Paul Hanagan back-to-back victories in this despite giving 3lb to Monoski. The latter is bidding to give Mark Johnston a third win in this in four years and the extra furlong should suit after he got outpaced close home on his York debut.
