Verdict

Cop Hill Lad can bounce back from his narrow Ascot defeat and land the evening's feature. Smart juveniles Red Power and Mac The Knife were behind him that day and that represents very good juvenile form indeed. Mokabra has solid form and comes here on the back of a Newcastle win, while Imperial Echo has a little to find with the selection working on a line through Pivotal Guest. That said, his narrow debut defeat augured well for his future and he will have his supporters. Parkview Love has to improve on his debut win at Hamilton and the newcomers Brian Potter and Land Sun's Legacy will probably be available at long odds.
