Rocker gets the vote over Odin Dawn and Venetian Dancer, with Deadline best of the remainder. Rocker is going the right way judged on two efforts so far, including a third at Sandown a fortnight ago. The son of Rock Of Gibraltar stayed on well on what was his first outing in three months, and should relish the extra furlong. He is not one of the stable stars, and holds no fancy entries, but should be good enough here. Odin Dawn hails from a stable that excels with its juveniles, but it is hard to pin down what will be his best trip. He drops back from seven furlongs here despite just staying on over that trip last time. Venetian Dancer has not progressed from a promising debut, while Deadline has yet to show that he is up there with the best at Middleham. All in all, it is best left to Rocker.
