        Verdict

        INTERNATIONAL GIRL won a competitive handicap at York in July and found 5f too short on a return visit. She won at Hamilton last year so this stiff 6f should suit. Another Romance trounced Al Simmo in a similar contest at Salisbury two weeks ago but went up 9lb and was also ridden by a 5lb claimer that day so the second, a previous course and distance winner, has a good chance of turning the tables. Commandment and Run This Way have also won over track and trip but Espressoo hasn’t run over this trip since her two-year-old days and both Princess Olly and Anadora have plenty to prove nowadays.
