A wide-open contest here and many would have chances on their best form, but the principals look to be Temper Tantrum, Charlie Tango and Shamwari Fire, and the vote is given to Temper Tantrum. The selection was an unlucky in running third behind Night Storm last time out. The drop in grade looks sure to suit and from a good draw he will be hard to beat. Charlie Tango rates the main danger on his latest sixth behind Deeper In Debt but his best form is with more cut in the ground and, for that reason, he is opposed. Shamwari Fire is another worthy of respect on his latest fourth behind Cup Of Love, but although he is on a good mark, he is becoming hard to with and at likely odds he looks worth opposing. Titus Salt is from a shrewd yard and is another that is dropping in grade so should be noted in the market. Of the remainder, Yorker and Splodger Mac are others with place claims in a desperate affair but, in a race that throws up more questions than answers and where stakes should be kept to a minimum, for the winner we return to Temper Tantrum.
