    Verdict

Greek Easter, Virtuosity and Hayden Grace are the three for the shortlist here and the vote is given to Greek Easter. The selection looks progressive and she ran really well last time at Kempton when a close second behind Candle. She proved that she sees out this trip that day and with Jamie Spencer booked for the ride she should take plenty of beating. Virtuosity is a well-bred newcomer from the Sir Michael Stoute yard and with the stable in good form she is certainly one to note in the market. Hayden Grace made a pleasing debut at Hamilton when third behind Otelcalifornia and she is sure to come on for the run. Her stable are flying at present and it would be no surprise to see her go well. Oasis Flower is another from a stable in good form and she showed some promise at Beverley last time. She is stepped-up in trip here and will need to improve to get competitive, but Greek Easter sets the standard for the rest and gets our nomination.
