A 5lb rise looks enough to anchor Roys Dream after the latter won at Bath last time but Stewardess could go well off her current mark and figure in the finish. Socialites Red was narrowly beaten here on her penultimate start and can be forgiven a recent below par run at Southwell though Highly Focussed bids for a hat-trick upped in class off a 4lb higher mark and faces a tough task. But LATHOM has been beaten less than a length the last twice now and after missing out by only a neck at Thirsk to Duke Of Firenze, who went on to win again at York, Paul Midgley’s charge may prove good enough dropping down in class for this.
