      Verdict

      HAWAASS should be able to return from a break and continue the good form of his yard with Jaser and Jabal Tariq rated as the dangers. A winner on his last two starts the pick returns after 284 days off but goes well fresh as shown when returning from a similar layoff to score in a Newmarket handicap last time. He's up nine pounds for that but he won with all amount to spare and with Mark Jonhston's string going so well he is entitled to return to the winner's enclosure. Jaser appreciated a step up to this trip last time out after losing his way over a mile in better races. His mark has been eased two pounds from his third place in a very hot race last time and based on that line he should be close. Jabal Tariq was running well last season but his mark might need easing before he scores again while Richard Fahey's yard has hit form so Albaqaa shouldn't be ignored. This is a race to look forward too on this card and with give it to Hawaass.
