CAPTAIN TEAGUE was bought for €70,000 after winning a maiden point in Ireland in February by eight lengths. Related to the useful Sky Pirate, he can make a winning start under Rules now with Paul Nicholls. By Telescope out of a winning bumper and hurdler, the filly Starship Mona is another interesting newcomer. Duhallow Tommy was third at Haydock in May but last month’s Chepstow third He Knows Better looks the pick of those with bumper experience. Spicy Nelson, who cost €50,000 as a three-year-old, may be best of the rest.
