In depth

Verdict

Byron Hill has won three times on the Flat in staying races and both Fortuna Ligna and Peace Of Rome have placed in bumpers but HOLETOWN HERO has hurdling experience and is eased in grade after a couple of promising runs at Ascot, finishing ahead of Filanderer on the latter occasion. Our Champ found only one too good here in October but Tea And Chats did the same last month and probably has more scope. Abingworth may prove the pick of the remainder.
