In depth

Verdict

Lady D'Arbanville was very green when runner-up to Rocco Bay at Bangor in May. The winner completed a double in a much better race but has run poorly over timber. The Secret Pearl showed little between the flags but led for a long way in a Warwick bumper last month and should improve. DANCE IN THE PARK went a long way clear over an extended 2m1f at Fontwell and was only headed close home. The winner followed up at Lingfield last week so Karen Jewell's mare can go one better. Realta Liath went for £100,000 after landing a point at Bartlemy and has joined Warren Greatrex while Alan King's horses are in good form so Muriel May is a newcomer to note.
