This is a tricky race to get the card underway and the vote is given to Arctic Moss who is narrowly preferred to Penteli and Aba Gold. The selection was beaten in a Listed bumper last time but previously she had won at both Musselburgh and Sedgefield and she looks the one to be with on her hurdling debut. Penteli has improved on each of her three runs over hurdles and with the benefit of that experience she could give our selection the most to do. She is lightly-raced and open to further improvement and she is respected. Aba Gold has shown a modicum of ability but is another that will need to improve to get competitive. Solway Larkin is from a leading yard and is interesting, but she has shown little to date and will need to step-up on what she has shown so far to make the frame. The booking of Richard Johnson for Ring Street Roller catches the eye so she is another to consider, but for the winner we return to Arctic Moss.
