BENETWOOD is our idea of the winner with Marcel and Toshi others of note. The JP McManus owned individual has looked very much at home on this surface in the past and while it will not be an easy task to give weight all around, the champion jockey's booking is a big positive. Marcel has been reportedly aimed at this race for some time. He is quirky though has enough talent to exploit this helpful mark. Toshi will be fit from a recent spin on the flat. The ground produces few fears. Weather Front is unproven on this surface. Tranos is likely to be a big price but with Micky Hammond's stable on fire in the last few weeks, there will be worse each-way opportunities than this horse over the course of the meeting. Top Mark is in first time tongue tie. Benetwood can post his first victory of the season today.
