The complexion of this race could change as Cluthe Bay and Glamis Castle were due to run here last night so a note of caution is sounded. Flamed Amazement is the tentative suggestion. Len Lungo's lightly raced four year old needs to improve on the form that he has shown to date but there's a chance that he will be able to do so on his first venture into handicap company. He's been kept busy on the level of late and may well respond positively to the fitting of cheekpieces. An impressive performance from one of the Irish trained runners last night would propel them to the front of the market but there is another interesting raider in the shape of Gordon Elliott's Paradise Bay who looks sure to fare better now that he's dropped in trip. Plenty of ifs and buts at present with Flamed Amazement only a nominal selection.
