Gordon Elliott had an odds-on shot beaten in this 12 months ago but few will want to take on CARRIE DES CHAMPS this year after a couple of easy victories, one over this track and trip. Stablemate Creadan Belle could give the yard a 1-2 as she ran green on debut at Tramore last month but still hinted at ability. Lucinda Russell also has two runners but Pinspot was beaten a long way here on debut and Mintgold has a modest pedigree. Whenitcomestoit only cost €1,500 so may be best watched today.
