        Verdict

        Molly Shaw is with the right trainer to progress further after a couple of wins in Class 6 handicaps. Newton Jack is another three-year-old with decent claims but Vitare looks vulnerable again and the older horses may have their young counterparts’ measure with Case Key back in this grade for the first time since scoring at Leicester in June having finished twice at Yarmouth in the interim. Gilt Edge and Ugo Gregory shouldn’t be far away but GINGER MAX has dropped a further pound since his staying-on third over 5f at Sandown and can come good again racing over this trip for only the second time in his career.
