AADDEEY is unlikely to be much of a price in this but is impossible to oppose as he made a fine debut at Goodwood when beaten less than a length by the odds-on John Locke with a subsequent winner well beaten in fourth. Winter Thorn went close at Windsor in July but didn’t follow that up in a handicap at Newbury last month and Sceptred Isle has been looking one paced. La Hulotte is a nicely-bred daughter of Lope De Vega but she may just need this.
