First Approval is taken to land this modest looking affair, Queen's Pudding and Lucky Lisa could provide most danger. The Barry Hills trained filly improved on her debut effort at Newmarket to finish a close up second to Jumbajukiba at Salisbury. It wasn't the strongest of races but neither is this and with further improvement expected she looks the best option. Queen's Pudding is a daughter of Royal Applause who should be suited by ground and trip. Her stable have been amongst the winners recently and are more than capable of getting one ready first time up. Lucky Lisa is trained by Roger Charlton and this daughter of Pivotal should be monitored closely in the betting. In fact the market will be a valuable guide here but without that knowledge we will have to side with the form horse and that is First Approval.
