Ballygriffin Kid can add to his tally over Kenny The Truth, Peartree House and Ellamyte to name but three in a tricky finale. Nothing really stands out in the final race on the card, but Ballygriffin Kid, successful at Lingfield last time, has a chance if he manages to stay the trip. The trainer reckons that he will, and in this company we feel the same. In fact he was only just beaten over a mile at Brighton last August on what was his last try on Turf, so the omens look good. Kenny The Truth has been very consistent on the all-weather and is another to consider for a place as we know that he does get the trip. Lucefer has the help of Kieren Fallon so it goes without saying that he will get a strong ride, and Peartree House has plummeted in the ratings since his halcyon days. Tojoneski got bogged down in the heavy ground at Kempton but was earlier only just denied at Warwick on faster going. He should not be left out of calculations either, but we shall side with Ballygriffin Kid.
