THIMBLEWEED (NAP) has to concede weight all round as a result of a comfortable Salisbury success last month. That was a pleasing build on her promising Sandown debut and there's every reason to suspect she'll continue to progress under the tutelage of Ralph Beckett, who has always displayed such a fine touch with fillies. MIss Latin is the one who seems sure to give her most to do after revealing major improvement on her second start to hunt up the potentially useful Crystal Moonlight. The Galileo filly seems sure to come forward again and is a real threat. Parting Clouds was rather disappointing at York on her second start but revealed more than enough on her Chelmsford debut to land her place on the shortlist now.
