held up, driven and headway over 3f out, soon one paced
slowly into stride, held up, headway over 2f out, never on terms
chased leaders, ridden over 4f out, weakened well over 1f out
tracked leaders, led over 1f out, stayed on well
tracked leader, ridden and effort over 2f out, soon weakened
behind, headway over 2f out, kept on well, not reached leaders
slowly into stride, held up, hard ridden and headway over 1f out, stayed on well inside final furlong
held up, headway over 4f out, led over 2f out, headed over 1f out, weakened over final furlong
held up, headway over 4f out, weakened over 2f out
behind, headway over 2f out, soon every chance, weakened inside final furlong
in touch, ridden and weakened over 2f out,
led over 6f out, ridden and headed over 2f out, faded
Another really tough one to call and Lady Predominant is a far from confident choice ahead of the likes of Welsh Empress, and She's Our Lass, who not have too much to find if she is to overcome the burden of top weight. Daggers Canyon could also go well for each-way players and the lightly raced three-year-old is well worth monitoring for signs of support. So too is Brother Cadfael, who creeps in at the bottom of the racecard but has thrown away a number of chances and a place looks to be his best chance again today. However, a mile has always been Lady Predominant's best trip and she can scrape home again in this company now that her confidence has been boosted by winning last time at Southwell.
