An interesting start to the card and plenty of these youngsters are worth keeping an eye on as the season goes on. However, working on the proviso that money buys quality, then Sea Hunter could be the one to be on here. Norcroft appeals most out of the trio with previous experience and the Neville Callaghan-trained colt sets a fair standard for the rest to aim for at this stage. However, he needs to step up on his debut run and it is hard to gauge just what he will come up against here. There have been glowing reports received about the likes of Rasa Sayang, for whom Kevin Darley makes the dash up from Newbury to take the ride. Whereas Mark Johnston's runners can never be ruled out and Fiefdom is another to seriously consider. However, even though he is in the same ownership as the main selection, Fiefdom may be better suited to a little further in time. Therefore, Sea Hunter is forwarded as the one to carry the hopes this evening - even though it will be best to wait and see how well he is supported before taking a huge plunge.
