Verdict
Premier Currency is 10lb higher than when scoring at Kempton in August and Firesnake is 6lb higher than when placed in a handicap at the same track. Custard The Dragon failed to cope with a 6lb rise last time having only won a claimer earlier but Clon Rocket won a maiden in soft ground when trained in Ireland last year and Indrapura landed a maiden race at Brighton last summer. ALDAIR goes handicapping for the first time with last month's pipe-opener at Lingfield under his belt and the Hannon colt gets a speculative vote to come good in this.
