In depth

Verdict

Marco Botti won this in 2013 and RASASEE has the best recent form having gone close at Wolverhampton at the start of the month. Scottish Summit was not beaten far when fourth at Wolverhampton in November while September Stars was only a length behind the winner when third at Doncaster in October. It was soft ground at Windsor when Lake Placid made a modest debut but his yard has been notching up the winners recently while Coroberee represents John Gosden and is a newcomer to note.
