This looks a very decent juvenile event with all six runners having some sort of a chance. After much consideration Five A Side is given the vote, with Sesmen and Regime put forward as the main dangers. Mark Johnston's colt was easy to back on his Epsom debut, but gamely held on to beat Billy Dane. The third home, Sweet Lilly has gone in twice since so the form does have a solid look about it. Sesmen also won first time out at Kempton last month. Interestingly enough Sweet Lilly was third in that contest as well, so there is a tenuous form line with the selection. Regime is an interesting newcomer from Michael Bell's yard. He is a son of Golan who cost 120 thousand Euros as a yearling. He will know his job first time up and should be watched closely in the betting. Tom Tate is not the type to over rate his horses and so the fact that Sonar Sound runs in this contest suggests he has improved from his debut run at Beverley. Eglevski is going the right way and Maslak showed promise on his debut. As you can see it is a very tight event and Five A Side is a token selection.
