Salutation is the only one with experience over today's trip when going close to scoring at 25/1 at Newmarket last week. He's the one to beat with an apprentice taking 5lb off his back today but slight preference goes to MAGOG on his reappearance. Roger Charlton's charge made a winning debut over a mile at Salisbury in October and breeding suggests he'll come into his own over middle-distances this year. The remaining pair are harder to fancy given Asgardella has yet to race over further than 7f and Arlecchino was well beaten on his handicap bow at Newmarket in September.
