THE MONGOOSE will be having his first start over 6f on his 27th outing but was always prominent when scoring under today's rider over an extra furlong at Salisbury on Sunday and though carrying a 6lb penalty he's actually well handicapped and can complete a quick double. Two Turtle Doves scored under an apprentice over the minimum trip at Hamilton on Sunday and her penalty is halved by her competent rider's claim. Master Of Disguise doesn't win often but Serena Brotherton's presence is a bonus and though Mambo Spirit has gone up 11lb since scoring at Kempton in March he's won from this mark in the past and had Rose Garnet behind when a close third last time. Artful Lady looks best of the remainder.
