This low-grade selling handicap may go to Rubilini ahead of the likes of Zilli and Tullythered. The market will probably be as good a guide as anything else here, but with Mick Channon always worth following with runners at this level, it is Rubilini that gets the vote. The daughter of Bertolini is still a maiden, but her second in a fillies' handicap at Lingfield in August entitles her to respect, and she now resides on a fair enough mark. Zilli seemed not to stay when tried over this sort of trip for the first time here in March and will probably need the run, but this represents a drop in grade. Tullythered has had seven career outings now, but still appears to be getting the hang of things, while of the rest, Vietnam at least has winning form, and Heaven's Gates now has first-time blinkers. In a race in which bets are best kept to a minimum, Rubilini gets the vote.
