Spice Trade gets the vote in another wide open event; General Tufto and Tajaaweed are also considered. The selection ran well from a poor draw to finish third behind Exclamation last time. That form has since been franked by the winner so Jeremy Noseda's colt does look to have solid claims here. General Tufto has shaped with promise on both of his two starts to date and he looks to be going the right way, but he shapes as though he will be better over further in time. Tajaaweed is an interesting newcomer from the Sir Michael Stoute yard but he doesn't exactly jump off the page on breeding and a watching brief on the market is advised. Hyde Lea Flyer disappointed at Sandown last time and he is hard to back with confidence, all of which returns us to Spice Trade as the pick.
