Rainbow Mirage can come home in front here at the main expense of Major Magpie and Real Buddy Star. Rainbow Mirage put in his best effort for some time when finishing third last time at Carlisle on his first attempt at a mile. Off the same mark here he has solid claims despite the presence of a couple that are likely to take him on from the front. Major Magpie will be suited by the fast pace that should emerge. He continues on a mark that he should be capable of scoring from while Real Buddy Star, at the foot of the weights, is open to much more improvement to the majority of his rivals and that is seen in his form. As he strengthens he will be better over further but for the moment a mile is perfect for him while ground conditions should be ideal. Phluke is one of those that will be contesting the pace but seven furlongs is his optimum trip. Rainbow Mirage is the selection to land the finale.
