Hazewind, Meelup and Charmatic look the three to concentrate on in this classified stakes race and the tentative vote is given to the last named. The selection has been ion the form of his life late winning his last two races and he won with a little in had last time out when beating Jazz Scene. Granted he has a penalty for that win but he looks progressive and is taken to defy the handicapper again. Hazewind rates the main danger as he also won well last time out when beating Certain Justice last time but he had a soft lead on that occasion and that does not look likely here so he is passed over on this occasion. Meelup is another in-form rival that has definite place claims as he also won well last time when beating Libre but this looks more competitive and he will need to improve again to score. Another Faux Pas is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he often finds less than expected off the bridle. Of the remainder Love You Always was a one paced fourth behind Stamford Blue last time and should appreciate this longer trip but for thew winner we return to Charmatic.
