Scuffle is the suggestion here but market support for Cwm Rhondda would look significant whilst there are several others in the race with form and nice pedigrees to their name. The selection ran a pleasing race on debut last year in a race that has worked out quite well. The fourth home was Luca Cumani's well regarded Savarain whilst the Chapple-Hyam trained winner ran Centennial close in a Group 3 earlier this season. This longer trip should suit this Daylami filly and her yard has been firing in the winners in recent days. Cwm Rhondda has been given an entry in the Group 2 Ribblesdale Stakes so has presumably been pleasing her connections at home. The market should guide as to whether she's expected to strike at the first time of asking. Crystal Capella and Persian Sea are other likely looking candidates for top honours but we'll take Scuffle to build on her promising debut.
