Verdict

These conditions races can throw up the odd shock and it would be no surprise to see Graphic Guest, representing last year's successful stable, run well. She is at her best at this time of year and drops back to the minimum for the first time since running in the Queen Mary as a two-year-old. PEARL SECRET is the class act, however, having finishing third in the King's Stand Stakes on his only start last season. He'll take all the beating if fully wound-up. Doc Hay is a tough handicapper and makes more appeal than the three-year-old Fine 'n Dandy of the remainder.
