    Verdict

Richard Hannon has three entries in this nursery series final. Cracking Speed has yet to win but only faded in the closing stages when tackling 7f at Epsom. The stable's Leoube easily landed a Bath nursery but is now 13lb higher after another fair run at Kempton. DARK SHADOW could be good enough as he landed a 5f nursery at Sandown and didn't run badly in a much better race over this trip at York. Mark's Choice is the only course and distance winner in the line-up and was running in a strong Hamilton nursery on soft ground next time where he may not have been suited by the conditions. Mr Diamond won a Carlisle nursery over 5f on good to soft but couldn't handle a 6lb rise on Tapeta at Newcastle. Wolf Hunter came good at Kempton, with subsequent winner Islay Mist behind, but this looks tougher.
