Verdict

BALANCE is the least exposed and preferred to the recent winners. Richard Fahey’s filly made a winning start at Haydock last year and an apprentice’s allowance helps her cause today having been placed at Ayr on her recent comeback. First Wheat, Peter Park and King Of Spin all won in this grade on their latest starts with the latter making most appeal having beaten a subsequent winner at Ffos Las but it was soft going when Sir Theodore won over track and trip earlier and he was well beaten carrying a penalty last time.
