In depth

Verdict

Just the six runners but a tricky puzzle to solve. Faustus’ run at Goodwood 12 days ago was too bad to be true while Rebel At Dawn rarely runs a bad race but still looks too high in the weights, though was well ahead of the dual course and distance winner Fantasy Master at Newmarket. Crimson Sand has won over 5f but his last two runs have been over further. PORNSTAR MARTINI made all over this trip at Chepstow last year before tackling Group 3 company at Salisbury. She gets a tentative vote here being far less exposed than Cahors.
