Charlie My Boy sets the recent form standard having finished runner-up on both starts for Keiran Burke, notably when a good second at Fontwell recently when hunting up He's A Latchico after a far from clear passage. He's been raised 5lb as a result which seems harsh for that defeat and has to concede 9lb and upwards all round. He's one for the shortlist but a speculative choice is ZORAN, He's left Paul Nicholls for Emma Lavelle and has suggested at times that he's better than his form figures indicate. He was a useful sort on the Flat for Hugo Palmer and is given another chance to prove himself over timber in a modest contest. Ballygoe was in the process of running a better race when falling two out last time and is considered along with Imperial Measure and Testflight.
