Diligent has always been one to crack on with things so seems the likely pacemaker in this small field. He's won over course and distance and can usually be relied upon to run his race, although he has been comfortably beaten on all three hunter chase starts. No Getaway was a winner for Dan Skelton back in 2021 but has shown little in two starts since returning from nearly a year off and Treacys Jim remains a maiden after 21 starts in all spheres. ESPOIR DE TEILLEE has landed two of his last three for the Brookhouse team very smoothly with Fern O'Brien in the plate on both occasion and the combination should again prove hard to beat.
