In depth

Verdict

CLEARANCE (NAP) quickened off a strong pace to beat decent opposition here at the end of last month. He is closely matched with Enthused on an earlier 1-2 at the track but fully deserves this step up in grade. Elham Valley would have a chance on his best form but has been rested since pulled up at Cartmel in May. Aliomaana was a beaten favourite last time at Stratford but beat Enthused at that track earlier. Turpin Gold needs more and Lady Adare may need this.
