Magnetic North won a Leopardstown handicap in May and completed a claiming hat-trick for two different trainers in the summer. He ran poorly over timber for James McAuley earlier this month but back on the level will take some beating. Roderick also ran poorly over hurdles ten days ago but he'd won a claimer for McAuley last month. KHAFAAQ (NAP) won handicaps at Cork and Limerick this summer and ran a cracking race in a Galway handicap last time and is at the peak of his of his form so looks the one to beat. Comfort Line ran poorly at Galway but is better judged on a very good second in a Ballinrobe handicap last month.
