My Mate Alfie produced place efforts at the Curragh before stepping up to this trip and landing the odds at Down Royal. He isn't suited by the race conditions here having to concede 22lb including jockey claim to NEMONTE, a Curragh maiden winner who has run well at Royal Ascot and behind Ylang Ylang in a Leopardstown Group 3. Ribchestina made a winning start in a Naas maiden before a fair effort in a Group 3 there and this trio should have the race to themselves.
