Hegarty and Kalambari look to have this race between them and with ground conditions in his favour then we will take the former to score. Christy Roche's gelding made all to record a resounding win at Sligo on yielding ground last time out, when the penny finally dropped in style, and with that under his belt he looks more than capable of taking this on similar ground, where his chief rival will not be as well suited. Kalambari has arguably achieved as much as the selection when taking a similar contest at Stratford last time, but all his best form so far has been on good ground of faster and this dead going may be his undoing this time. Polish Legend, Twentytwosilver and Spectacular Hope can all fight out the minors, but with all preferring faster ground we could not confidently separate them, but for the winning money take Hegarty to follow up his Sligo win.
